\nThe Law No. 4077 \u00f6nlem Protection of Consumers giri\u015fim, adopted on 23 February 1995 in the Turkish Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM), regulates the efforts to protect the economic interests of the consumer in accordance with the requirements of the economy and the public interest in order to protect their economic interests and to take measures to compensate, enlighten and educate them against the environmental risks . DEFECTIVE GOODS
\nYou can ask for the goods to be exchanged within 15 days when the goods you buy are faulty, the money is returned, the free repair, the depreciation caused by the shame to be reduced from the cost of the goods.
\nIf it is a shame, a secret and the consumer then realizes it, then the 15-day limit goes up to 2 years.

\nTAG
\n“Origin, Sex and Price” information is required on packages of goods and services offered to consumers and on tariffs hanging on the door. For this reason, be sure to warn the sellers with no labels and tariffs and complain to the municipalities who do not comply with the warning.
\nWARRANTY CERTIFICATE
\nCompanies that produce or import industrial goods must give a minimum of one year warranty for their products. This warranty also covers all parts of the product.
\nSome parts may be covered by the warranty and some may not be excluded.
\nVendors also have to give this warranty certificate to the consumers. During this time the device is repaired free of charge. The manufacturer or the service may not claim any money under any name for the device under warranty.
\nThe authorized service must repair the device left for repair in a maximum of 30 days. If the 30 day limit is exceeded, you have the right to request replacement of the product. In addition, the device must be added to the warranty period when the device is complete.
\nIf a device under warranty covers the same fault two times or four different faults four times in succession, the manufacturer must change the product free of charge.
\nIf you do not want to lose your rights, you must repair the industrial products by authorized services. Be sure to get the certificate of every service you make to authorized services.
\nYou must not pay any price for transportation, installation, service, maintenance and breakdown for a product under warranty.
\nCOMMERCIAL SALES
\nYou can prepay the total amount that you owe or multiple installments for a product you receive in installments. In this case, the seller is obliged to make the necessary interest rate cuts according to the amount paid.
\nThe seller has to give you a copy of the contract with the terms of the installment. The contract you will sign must include the cash price of the goods and services, the total sales price to be paid with the interest according to the term, the prepayment amount, the payment plan, the amount of interest and the annual rate in which the interest is calculated, the delay interest rates.
\nFurthermore, the total price of goods and services declared in the contract cannot be increased in any way.
\nDOOR MARKETING
\nYou have the right to purchase products from door to door marketing companies for 7 days. If you do not want to buy the product during this period, you must send a NOTICE to the seller via NOTER. If you do so, the seller has to return the prepayment and the signed receipts.
\nIf you do not take notice of the company within 7 days, you acknowledge the product.
\nIf you do not wish to lose this right, please note the DATE on the contract that the seller has signed you. Because the malicious sellers who do not want to benefit from this right, usually write the date of the contract a month ago. Be careful…
\nCONSUMER LOANS
\nObtain a copy of the contract for the consumer loan you use from banks or financial institutions. The terms of this contract cannot be changed in any way against you. That is, the interest rate cannot be increased later, as the economic crisis has taken place.
\nIf you want to pay in advance or part of your debt in advance, the bank must make the necessary interest and commission deductions.
\nCAMPAIGN SALES
\nYou have to deliver the product you received in the campaign on time. In addition, he cannot claim any additional money, nor does he provide any other product other than the goods he has committed.
