What is family law?<\/strong>
\nFamily law is the part of civil law that regulates the relationships of individuals in the family environment. In the narrow sense, it is a community of family, wife and husband. Lack of regulatory freedom:
\nFamily law does not include freedom of will. The parties cannot create legal relations which are not regulated by law with their free will in family law. For example, they cannot decide on the reasons for unforeseen divorce by law. The parties cannot change the rules stipulated in the law. For example, contrary to the mandatory rule in the law, they cannot make an agreement to carry the husband’s surname.<\/p>\n

The principle of state intervention:
\nThe marriage process in front of the official marriage officer or divorce, such as the actual decision of the judge.<\/p>\n

The principle of equality:
\nAs a rule, gender equality is recognized. For example, divorce is the same for husband and wife.<\/p>\n
