What are Mobbing litigation?<\/strong>
\nMobbing refers to psychological violence, harassment and disturbance in English. In the 1960s, the term first emerged as a result of observing the animals of biology expert Kondrad Lorenz. The concept of mobbing in business was first used by Heinz Leymann in the 1980s and defined mobbing as mann a psychological terror that emerged by one or several people as a systematic and hostile communication against other people. 1980 Early mobbing and bullying ( bullying) concepts are mixed together. However, mobbing does not include physical attack and threat meaning unlike bulliying. Mobbing is a form of psychological terror that is repeated in the form of repeated attacks by employees or employers. In some countries, the concept is used directly with the word mobbing and in some countries there are different translations in different languages. Mobbing is sometimes translated into our language as sometimes psychological harassment in our country’s doctrine, spiritual harassment and sometimes emotional harassment.<\/p>\n
